Production starts after payment confirmation. Printed goods typically ship within 3 to 5 business days, while rush jobs are reviewed case by case by our support team.

Refunds are reviewed for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported promptly after delivery.

Custom or personalized goods are generally not refundable once production has started, except in cases of confirmed production error.
